24 Hour Service

This service provides for our sitter to be at your home for the majority of the daylight hours and all of the night hours. The sitter will be responsible for the care and feeding of pets, general housekeeping, collection of your post, ensuring rubbish collection, meter reading if required, the recording of any messages and the watering of internal and external pot plants.
Mon - Sun R370 per day/night and a payment of 50% is required. The balance on your return.
Visit Service

This service provides for our sitter to visit your home during the afternoon.The sitter will be responsible for the collection of your post, the feeding and watering of any resident pets, checking of windows and doors, checking any security alarm, as well as switching on/off agreed security lights plus watering of pot plants and the placing out and return any rubbish bin.
Mon - Sun R210 once per day or R260 for two visits per day and a payment of 50% is required. The balance on your return.
Please note: a nominal additional travelling charge will be levied if total daily travel exceeds 50kms.
Night time sitting service

Some of our clients have indicated to us that they have arranged with relatives or friends to visit their home during the day. But, continue to have concerns about leaving a property vacant during the hours of darkness. House Sitters Cape has been able to address this genuine concern by offering our night time sitter service. Our sitter will be on your premises in summer from 20h00 - 08h00, and winter 18h00 - 08h00.
Mon - Sun R270 per night and a payment of 50% is required. The balance on your return.
ADDITIONAL PETS
Our day/night and night sit pricing is based upon one dog or dog plus one cat. An additional charge of R50.00 per day per additional pet will be charged.

CANCELLATION FEE
Please be advised that if you request a booking with us either utilising our booking form or in writing by email, and you agree to meet with our preferred sitter at your home and subsequently cancel the agreed sit, you will be invoiced for a cancellation fee equaling 25% of the total cost of the sit.
